I am now available to run Group WORKSHOPS taking place over a day,  at £75 pp - preferably in cash on the day. We meet at 10am for a 10.30 start, beginning with an introduction, followed by tea/coffee, followed by the group  session. The group limit is 60.  After feedback and review, it is lunch break time (bring your own), and the afternoon starts with Q & As, with a further regression session and feedback and tea/coffee, finishing at 4.30pm.. You are welcome to create your own group and book me to facilitate it, the fee will remain the same.

AFTER THE WORKSHOP or an INDIVIDUAL SESSION:

It is advisable to take it easy for 24 hours, drink plenty of water, rest and don't engage in heavy physical work if possible, for best experience. If grief or trauma has been released, you might want to support your self with either the BACH flower essence Rescue Remedy (shock/trauma) or homeopathic Ignatia (grief).

WHAT IS A SESSION LIKE?

The technique is a gentle effective method of accessing, through deep breath work, relaxation and visualisation, conditions which are causing issues. These can present as ongoing destructive, sometimes irrational or habitual patterns,  behaviours that cause problems due to historical or current embedded traumas or fears, generated by known or unknown factors/events. Whether or not these relate to general life experiences, such as accidents, bereavements, ptsd, injuries  of various kinds, including those relating to the often unseen and generally unacknowledged by society in general, situations causing real problems through paranormal and or what might be termed ET/extra terrestrial abduction/interaction experiences.
