The Book 44 - ET First Contact Radio Interview: Joanne Summerscales & Bill Brooks aka Mike Smith

Flashback: Joanna Summerscales, Bill Brooks & John Sutton: military/ET abductions on PCTV

This tome came into being because I was clearing out the cupboards, and found myself immersed in memories which I was loathe to hit the 'delete' button on. So, before I threw out my past journals and diaries, I  set about transcribing them, and  the autobiography, which was not something I'd thought about doing before, emerged. It seemed a sensible way to preserve the highlights and events on my journey, which I've presented as a series of short stories in a more or less chronological order,    which I hope you'll enjoy, and which you can find HERE

Vignettes of a Life: An Autobiography told in a series of short stories A journey encompassing the surprising, miraculous, paranormal, weird and ... not to mention things extra-terrestrial

It has been a fascinating trip down numerous ‘rabbit holes,’ taking me from healing, alternative tech, my spiritual remit, theatrical events, writing, producing, presentations, hosting conferences, workshops and eventually contact with those asserting extra-terrestrial experiences, paranormal events and more, ever expanding my mind’s boundaries. Escaping Iran had been extraordinary and petrifying as a young dancer, training as a Regression Therapist yielded mind-boggling memories and deep healing, A trip to the Philippines, experiencing Psychic Surgeons was paradigm shifting, where meeting an ancient adversary from aeons past, showed me time is not what we think. From the Amazon, Ayahuasca called in pursuit of knowledge, where, on the second occasion of imbibing the sacred mind bending concoction, I was told effectively, that time was of the essence and the physical shaking of my bed, with me on it, wide awake, was the result of taking enemy flak. Ultimately, it seems, I suddenly bilocated to some other timeframe, and found myself, as Captain, piloting my craft besieged ship, the time parallax was closing...I only just made it. The AMMACH Project(Anomalous, Mind Management, Abductee, Contactee, Helpline) birthed January 2011, a platform for those experiencing ET contact, sharing testimonials on camera or confidentially. Thereafter, I too began experiencing strange events, like a man emerging from a portal, photographing UFOs, orbs too, then my landline was monitored. The UK’s Channel 4 and a production company elicited my agreement to make a documentary about AMMACH, which ultimately turned out to be a mockumentary, Confessions of an Alien Abductee, airing June 13th, 2013. Main stream media maintained the ridicule factor, though many thanked me for putting my head above the parapet, and the Experiencer aspect of alien contact pushed, to a certain degree, that glass ceiling. It was the evening of my inaugural internet radio show, early October 2014, called The Ammach Files, where I interviewed contactees, abductees, researchers, scientists and others related to the field, Out on a final dog walk, gazing skyward, I sent out a telepathic message for a ‘sign.’ Within moments, I watched Orion’s belt break into 3 segments, the left point then zipped off at a rate of knots, as did the central one, followed by the right point. which then stayed within my field of vision - my jaw hit the deck, who had heard me? Then towards the end of 2015, the Ammach website was fatally hacked, triggering the end of Ammach, who was the saboteur? I was forced in the urgency of the closure to choose another name - and I regrouped as The ET Newsroom aka ETN. In 2016, ETN published 44-Based on an ex-Soldier’s true story of life long encounters involving alien abduction…with Bill Brooks, from the west midlands area of the UK, about the mind-blowing story he’d been unconscious of, and didn't believe in, until a download happened aged 44. Further developments include the creation of an album, plus, the documentary, which manifested as a unique, international concept album, called Eklectia Vol I, featuring musicians who’d experienced things paranormal/ET, with soundbites of their experiences. 5th Dimension is a musical I’ve written with an ET storyline, that awaits in the wings to be produced. And, then, something non ET - Olives with Everything, (2020), a fun, travel/vegetarian recipe book, describing a whacky two month motorhome trip to Spain. But my attention is ever drawn into the convoluted world of this intriguing connection humanity clearly has with other intelligences and our potential role as galactic citizens and spiritual beings. Get ready for the helter skelter, and buckle up, you are in for an interesting ride!

Holiday Journal that became a book

This book follows the somewhat circuitous trip through France and Spain, a travelogue, with not a UFO in site or mind, being a while before I began to work publicly with AMMACH, which morphed into ETN. Olives speaks to friendship, wonderful locations and the creation of some super tasty vegetarian recipes, shared here, as we struggled with a less that fully functioning motor home, which provided many laughs along the way.

Two women friends and colleagues team up for this heart-sing, humorous, dream trip to Spain for a couple of months as novice motor home drivers. After the re-mortgaging and hocking of policies they are on the road, journeying through France on the way to Spain. The story begins with the seed idea, the journey’s ensuing calamities, learning curves, and the characters they encounter, (Monsieur Le Calvados, Harriet Hydrangea, Monsieur La Lunas and crazy Jean-Claude). We travel with them to cities, towns and villages, visiting cathedrals, palaces, Gaudi, monuments, art galleries, stadiums, shops, bars, restaurants, and naturally camp sites. The non vegetarian becomes one for the trip, as the highlight of the journeying is usually food and drink. The reader is treated to the innovative, tasty, easy recipes they concoct en route. These girly women don’t turn on the engine until the ‘lippy’ is on and the early riser, chameleon-like, takes on the attributes of the night owl of the pair. Amidst the flurry of sight-seeing and navigation, sleep and relaxation play a major role, along with exchanging beds on a weekly basis. Eff, an alter ego, makes an appearance, as a clownish presence, who pops up when tetchiness, the ridiculous, or abject fear raises its head, alleviating the situation. Driving styles can cause one party great consternation, so a rating system is introduced related to the degree of fear-inducing features that eg. a Pyrenean mountain road would create, and gussets needed, metaphorically speaking. Three gussets reflecting a particularly harrowing drive. The reader is whisked through different cities, towns and villages, including; Lourdes, Seville, Zaragoza, Granada, Córdoba, Toledo, Madrid, Barcelona, the Alpujarras, Andorra to name a few. These ‘Thelma and Louise’ friends share with the reader some crazy, funny, fascinating events as well as their special vegetarian travel recipes in this ‘on the hoof’ tale that will have universal appeal to the traveller, seasoned or otherwise, and anyone with a sense of humour.
